Quantex Research.
For the technically interested, this site is served by Apache hosted on a RedHat Linux - you can check the headers for the current implementations if you try (on linux) lynx --header --dump for example.
The site was built in close collaboration between Quantex RESEARCH and Kusala Web Developments in Sheffield, UK using their own Arcos development architecture in XML with layout in HTML and a Postgresql database. The architecture contains a lot of proven and robust PHP components and the associated SQL. The bespoke part is only about 14000 lines long - including both XML, HTML and text. There are some 45 database tables in 4 databases and a further 71 table-like structures used. The whole site is cached so that pages are served rapidly despite the high level of housekeeping. There are over 410,000 lines of generated PHP, SQL and HTML. Details of Arcos can be found at arcos.kusala.com.
